Coastal route: Tui to Santiago

Dear people,

I'm searching for a well described route from Tui to Santiago that follows the coast more than the normal Tui - Santiago route. If anybody knows some paths, you can write it down. I would really appreciate it.

Tui is not on the coast, and you have to traverse some rivers on existing bridges, so you do not get near the coast. Most of the beach walk is back in Portugal. Good luck finding a route. You probably will need to buy topographic maps and make your own route.
