Hi, Just two weeks back from walking the camino, Porto-Santiago. Can anyone help me with the name/location of a church which in it's own right is a pilgrimage site, on the route. It is somewhere between San Pedro de Rates and Casa de Recoleta (I think), so, in the Barcelos area. It was the site of some miracles apparently. The church is part of a 5 km detour up to the left when you enter one of the villages and requires a walk steeply uphill along the road before descending the other side, passing the stations of the cross to rejoin the main route. I found out about it in the John Brierley guidebook, but, I seem to have lost that in Santiago.
Also, Maria or Denisa, my fellow peregrinos, if you ever come across this site/forum-reply so we can get in touch.
