So, have become uncertain if I will have to go to the check in counter if I check in online and have no luggage. (I always have previously as I have always had luggage) Or do I just go straight to security ?

you have to check in online and then print off your online ticket ( boarding card)anytime from 15 days up to 4 hours before you leave and then go straight to security-they tear part of it-you then show it at the boarding gate and when you board your flight.(You should recieve an email with instructions)
have a nice flight now

Go straight through security check if you have your boarding pass printed (on-line) and your luggage is within allowed size and weight. Present yourself at flight boarding counter.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
