Yes. Mobile phone coverage on the main Caminos is very good. You are unlikely to see any dead spots in that section.

Yes, get an eSIM from someone like Holyfly and you are good to go.

Yes except a km stretch where the bar A Paso do Formiga is situated in Portos. But if you stop there (to see the giant ant sculptures in their nice garden)you can pick up their Wi-fi.

Actually I encountered 2 deadspots in the last few weeks. Only discovered because people were trying to contact taxis. Both small in-between villages.
