Leaving USA Week of June 12
Still have a flip phone and in line for an update 7X 's. What phone seems to work best? Do I have to purchase a new sim card in Spain or can I do that stateside? Getting new phone today!

Get a Spanish mobil number + data while on the Camino
Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
You can easily buy a sim card once you arrive in Spain at the many small little shops in the villages or even at the airport once you land.
 
Charging cell phone, with a North American (Canada) cell phone, do I need a plug and power adapter or a combined USB plug.....
