Catholic year 2025 worldwide Jubilee - Will it affect 2025 Camino traffic in Spain?

Next year, it seems that the Catholic world will celebrate a recurring 25 year jubilee:

Rome is spending 5 billion € (!) in city improvements, renovation, crowd handling facilities, ticket stands, etc. F.ex: The Fontana di Trevi, normally just a place you walk by, and look, will next year require a ticket cost, and time schedule in order to visit. I will suspect that many other attractions in Rome will also be in "pay-mode" next year...

I know that the next Holy year in Santiago is in 2027, but: I wonder, will this nevertheless affect how many people will come to the various Spanish Caminos? And what will eventually be the consequences?

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
€5 billion? Cheapskates! Anyone with any nowse could squander twice that for no better effect. Crowd control? Ain’t they even been to Italy?

I quite like the idea of a timed ticket for the Trevi. Will there be an extra fee for getting your kecks off and going for a paddle?

Who knows?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
It’s a fountain ffs, and in a pretty uninspiring plaza, although I suppose the Spanish steps are - well, you know.

That 5 billion will hardly touch the sides once they pay to get the cigarette butts (I was going to put fag butts, but I’m getting the hang of this multicultural stuff) out of the cobblestones and instituted a queuing system at the airport. .

I have no real idea what the Catholic Holy Year will do to the Camino , but I will be staying away from Rome in particular. I was there in May and we were told that an estimated additional 65000 tourist daily were going to be expected.. It was bad enough 6 months ago, I can not imagine what it will be like in 2025.
