Catching the right the right train at Paris CDG airport

I wonder if somebody with experience can tell me what would be the quickest and the least complicated way to travel from Paris CDG Airport to Montparnase Railway Station to catch the train for Bayonne and SJPDP. How long (approximatelly) does it take to get from the airport to the railway station? Advice will be much appreciated!

You may want to look at the option of catching the train for Bayonne right from the CDG airport and avoid the trip downtown Paris.
