Castillo de Arzano question

Does anyone know if the owner of this property now tethers or fences his dogs? When i last went through here, they were running loose and forced me back. He had signs up warning pilgrims that his dogs were dangerous.

To answer my own question. I went through there yesterday. The signs were still up but the dogs seemed to be pcvupied in some of the farm buildings. In the past I encountered three of them aggressively blocking the bridge but was sspared this time.
