Here's some information about the routes that I've used on the Camino Viejo from Pamplona. Please note, the full route is not maintained and arrowed as a Camino so there are lots of options in places. Also, I'm not great with Wikiloc and tend to change my mind as I go, so if you follow my tracks exactly, you'll note some little detours!
PART 1: PAMPLONA TO SALVATIERRA
I wrote about this 3 day section here: https://www.caminodesantiago.me/com...asturias-viejo-pamplona-to-salvatierra.77467/
Here are the tracks I used:
Day 1: Pamplona to Irurtzan
https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/camino-viejo-etapa-1-pamplona-irurtzun-117777878
Day 2: Irurtzan to Alsasua
https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/camino-viejo-etapa-2-irurtzun-alsasua-117923058
Day 3: Alsasua to Salvatierra
https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/camino-viejo-etapa-3-alsasua-salvatierra-117979303
PART 2: SALVATIERRA TO MIRANDA DE EBRO
*Same route as the Camino Vasco. Well signed and lots of info on this forum and Gronze.
PART 3: MIRANDA DE EBRO TO AGUILAR DE CAMPOO
*These are the stages I used but are no means the only possibility. I've also included the original tracks from @caminka (I hope this is ok!) so they are all in one place with the options.
The route follows the GR99 (Camino Natural del Ebro). But there are lots of places you can deviate etc. This website has information on the 99. The Camino Viejo is roughly stages 3 - 11/11.1 but in reverse order:
Day 1: Miranda de Ebro to Baños de Sobron
(vía the northern GR99 with 2 short diversions to Dolmen and Necrópolis. NOTE: Caminka and I did virtually the same walk except I crossed the river before Sobron due to the closure of the 99 because of rock slide risk. Locals told me after it's fine to pass.)

Day 2: Baños de Sobron to Quintana Martin
Caminka (via the road ~21km)

WestKirsty (via 99 ~26km)

Day 3a: Quintana Martin Galindez to Trespaderne (via 99)
Caminka:
https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/camino2012-124-quintana-martin-galindez-trespaderne-21024273
Day 3b: Alternative (Quintana - Tobera - Oña)
WestKirsty:

Day 4b: Oña to Trespaderne
* Check to see if the Via Verde is complete and see my notes on the Live Thread re: bridge. Instead of the Via I used local hiking trails - up and over. The Wikiloc stopped recording about 5km outside of Trespaderne but from where it stopped, you can follow the GR99 markings

Day 5: Trespaderne - Quintana de Valdevieso vía the GR99 & 85.
*Note: I could not find accommodation in Quintana so continued to Dobro. My Wikiloc stopped working but I was following Caminka's tracks for both parts (so the full track for Day 5 plus the first part of day 6). It's a full day to Dobro ~33km with ~1100m of elevation .
Caminka:
https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/camino2012-125-trespaderne-quintana-de-valdevieso-21102426
Day 6: Quintana de Valdevieso - Pesquera del Ebro
(vía the GR85 and the old road (Calzada de al Almiñe) then the road from Dobro. If you don't want to follow the road for the last 15km, you could follow the 99 instead from Dobro) *Caution: loose German Shepherds right before the Calzada de al Almiñe
https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trai...tana-de-valdevieso-pesquera-del-ebro-21103048
Day 7: Pesquera del ebro - Orbaneja del castillo
IMPORTANT: the bridge to cross the river if following the 99 is washed out (June 2023). Check with locals before following Caminka's tracks here:
https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trai...quera-del-ebro-orbaneja-del-castillo-21433123
WestKirsty: via PR and GR (Note, I forgot to start recording in Pesquera but the trail is easy to find and follow. Start the trail at the church, walk to the back on the right hand side and you'll see where to go). My GPS had issues in the canyon as well. I didn't go swimming! The trail is very, very easy to follow.

WestKirsty (vía 99 but diversion to see Iglesia Rupestres)
https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/camino-viejo-orbaneja-del-castillo-polientes-138444615
Day 9a: Polientes - Villlanueva de la nia
Note: Caminka has tracks to 2 stages here. First along the 99:
https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/camino2012-129-polientes-villanueva-de-la-nia-21435429
Then from Villanueva de la nia - Aguilar de Campoo as a separate stages.
https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/camino2012-130-villanueva-de-la-nia-aguilar-de-campoo-21436186
Day 9b: Polientes to Aguilar de Campoo (~42 km)
Note: please read my notes on the Live Thread. I started on the 99 but had to abandon as it was overgrown and wet/muddy. You could just follow the road from Villanueva
