Hey everyone.

Is there a good application with all the details of the trail for the Camino Primitivo?

Thank you!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

I, too, used the Village to Village guide book for my planning. I photographed a couple of the pages - including the excellent stages map right at the beginning - but I didn't carry it. I did however come across several other pilgrims that were carrying it. I believe they predominantly used it for accommodation options.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with using an app of course - it does save the paper! And it is potentially more up-to-date. (Eg. should a new Albergue open they can advise the developer and the app can be updated accordingly).

Ironically I've probably used the book to help answer questions here on the forum as much as I used it for my initial planning in the first place.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
Agree. I have dozens of Camino apps on my phone and use them while walking. But for planning -- and remembering -- nothing beats paper. I always carry some paper guide, even if only the few relevant pages. Buen Camino

I love the TrailSmart app. Lots of great info. Easy to use. Also, covers other Camino routes.
Buen Camino is also a great app.
I stopped using Wise Pilgrim because problems kept cropping up. For example, I could not always use the map while offline. TrailSmart and Buen Camino’s maps were more reliable. And the developers of each will quickly respond in case you have any issues with their app.

You’ll love the Primitivo. ¡Buen Camino¡

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Those are the ones I use. Nothing else needed.
