That should be a route from about Aveiro ( = 43 kms towards Porto)
That could be the Coastal from Lisbon I think. Jungleboy maybe knows about this route
Edit there is a subforum about the Coastal from Lisbon but this one does not go that far to the north and connects the Central route around Ansiāo .
I have been in Aveiro ( beautiful town by the way and called “ Venice from Portugal” )
North of Aveiro is the river delta of the Aveiro river. I read something about crossing an arm of the river at low tide a while ago but can’t remember where that is.
By the way. You are on the wrong sub forum. This is about a route from the South West of the Algarve till south of Lisbon.
A moderater should move your post to another subforum although I do not know which one and you probably will get more response .
Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

definitely it will be a made up caminho without arrows.
We travelled around in that area some years ago. Except for Aveiro we went to the coast to an in Portugal fairly famous place , Costa Nova with beautiful houses and to a place Praia de Barra what is at the mouth of the Aveiro river
If you could cross the river there , you walk along endless beaches but as far as I can see no infrastructure others than a militairy base , an airfield .
More in the direction of Porto are villages and small towns like Espinho.
There are paths and roads to Vila Nova da Gaia and to Foss do Douro ( at the other side you can walk to Matosinhos or back to Porto. There is even a ferry to the other side.Have a look on Google Earth and you’ll see what I mean.
If you want to walk towards Porto , 50 kms south of it, you also can connect from Aveiro to the Central route in e.g.Albergaría -a-Velha but from Grijó we did not like walking along the busy roads into Porto.
