Camino Portuguese from Lisbon to Porto

I plan on doing the Camino Portuguese next June and July. I notice on all the maps that the southern part from Lisbon to Porto is inland. Is there a coastal route? Or do you have to just go “rogue pilgrim” until you get to Porto.

There is the caminho do mar which is Estoril to Fatima (via sintra) and this is "marked". There are some discussions on the sub forum about walking the coast from lisbon though generally it's more going rogue from comments
