We are planning to take the northern route from the third week in July with 14 days to walk to Santiago. Where should we start our journey?
We are a group of students with limited funds, so we plan to cook by ourselves and carry our own tents. How is camping on the Northern Route? I've heard that, outside of the cities, you can pitch your tent right beside the albergue and for a smaller fee use the facilities there.
We are all first - timers so we could really use all of the help and advice that we could get!
