Camino De Norde at Easter

Hi all,
I walked the Camino de frances in 2013 from SJPDP to Burgos in just short of two weeks if I remember correctly.
I am considering going back this easter but cannot decide whether to do the Norde or continue from Burgos onwards.
Have I already walked the nicest scenery on the Frances by walking from SJPDP to Burgos ?
Is the Norde a more scenic route ? would there be more rain on the Norde during Easter ?
Would the Norde still be social enough to meet some great people, like I did on the Frances ?
Thanks in advance.
And if the Norde, which is the best two weeks of it ?
Thanks in advance.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

I walked the Norte/Primitivo in June last year, outside of the peak vacation period. Lucky for me, except the first week, it was very warm and dry. Norte is guaranteed to be wetter and colder during early spring compared to the Frances.

I enjoyed the Frances very much. But, between Burgos and Lyon, it is relatively flat with predictable scenery. It get much better after Lyon. Norte is a stunning walk throughout, but with lot of ups and downs.

Best two weeks for me would be the Primitivo (Oviedo - xx). If you want a combination of mountain and ocean, beach then Irun to bibao to santander) would work also. Completing the Frances, starting in Lyon is also a good idea. My impressions of the norte is here (if you are interested): https://www.caminodesantiago.me/com...mitivo-may-25-june-27-2014.27811/#post-226937

Most Albergues on the Frances are open by Easter, on the Norte some are open all year but many open later in May, June, July particularly in the Basque areas, this is because some buildings have dual purposes.

From Burgos to Santiago and onwards to Finisterre and Muxia you have over 600 km left, there is still some very stunning parts to come and many special albergues with the friendships they help foster.

Buen Camino

Planning on walking Norte-Primitivo starting about June 10, 2025. Are the albergues very busy at that time and also what will the weather be? I did this the end of August and September of 2017 and...
