Camino Aragones to Camino de Tunel

Is there a way to connect these 2 routes directly or is it best to walk from Samport to Puente de la Reina on the Aragones. then get Transportaion to Irun and start the walk on the Camino Vasco del Interior or tunnel route to Santo Domingo de Calzada? I thought I saw a way to connect these two routes. Any suggestions or info is greatly appreciated. Buen Camino!

You have the choice to take the bus from Puente de la Reina 8:30am to Irun 10:12am

Or you walk to Pamplona and then go up a few days on the Bazatzan until Espelette (before Soureaïde). Then go left for another two days towards Irun just follow the river la Nivelle to Ascain and Irun.
