Hello Rodrigo! Awesome pictures! I would like to walk this route. Unfortunately, there is no information about albergues on this route. Is there any place to stay for a night? In Perdreiras for instance?

Hi Marusia.
You can find the information about the Albergues of the Caminhos Poente in this page https://www.caminho.com.pt/onde_ficar_e.html

Bom caminho.

Thank you, Rodrigo! Not too many places though 😬 Do they have enough sleeping places or it's necessary to be in the first row to get a place? Has anyone walked the whole route (53 km) at once? I would like to try 🤪

Because the two places are private my advice is to call first to make a reservation. This Caminhos aren’t peaceful. You don’t need to be in the first row.
Try the Albergue Ibon in Ansião. About the 53km maybe you need to ask your self what you want to achieve in your inner Caminho. Bom Caminho.

Ola Rodrigo! I will soon start walking from Nazaré -> Fátima -> Tomar, and then from Tomar I plan to head north towards Santiago. Do you know if the albergues on the Nascente and Poente are open for pilgrims in the next couple of weeks? Is it better to call and book ahead if walking close to the 13th May as it is Fátima's day, I wonder if it will be busy...or very very quiet :) obrigada

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

Olá Lopez. The Albergues are open. But you should contact in advance. You can find the Albergues contact information in https://www.caminho.com.pt/albergues?lang=en
Staying in Fatima on the days close to the 13th of May it can be a big challenge. Specially this year... Bom Caminho.

Muita obrigada Rodrigo, the website is really a brilliant resource. - do you mean a big challenge because it will be very busy or because things will be closed?

Thank you for your kind words. This year is a big challenge because it will be busy+covid limitations+some places will be closed. Perfect storm. Good luck.
