Busses on Sundays

Hi
Does anyone know if busses run on Sundays between Astorga, Ponferrado and O'Cebrerio? I am a South African and cant read Spanish bus timetables and one I am looking at seems to be more National than local?
Thanks
Brian

Train for your next Camino on California's Santa Catalina Island March 16-19
I had a look at http://www.alsa.es (click the English link, top right) for Sunday August 5th (I just picked a Sunday) and they did not seem to have a bus that day between Astorga and Ponferrada....

You might try your Sunday and see if there is anything. If not, what about trying to get to Lugo and then local buses from there.

Have a look here for some bus-related links.

Not sure if there are trains, but might be worth a check at http://www.renfe.es . They also have a link for English.

... not much help really, but i hope I got you at least one step closer to your solution :-)

Un saludo,
Ivar
