Business help in Pamplona

Hello,
I think this is an impossible request but worth a try.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I will need to sign a legal document while I am in Pamplona. I need to connect via zoom ( which I can do on my IPad), print something out and then send by courier to Canada. It will be on a weekday, I have limited Spanish. Any suggestions?

You could try Correos - the Spanish Post Office. They would have an international express mail service which might be quick enough. DHL have an office in Pamplona. You will almost certainly find an English speaker to help you, if not Google translate should do. Good Luck.

Here is the DHL address.

I think this will be not difficult at all in Pamplona. I would try the Mailbox, etc. that Ivar suggested, because just like in North America, they will take care of all your needs.

When I’m trying to do something a little complicated like this, I use a translation app like Google Translate to translate my dictation outlining what I need BEFORE I go into the store in case no one speaks English. That way you can just slide your phone to the person and immediately explain your problem.

Alternatively, just ask wherever you’re staying. Pamplona is a city that sees lots of international travelers and your problem will not be “impossible.” Good luck!

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
As far as printing it out, you could stay in a hotel with a business center where you could access a printer. I'm sure that there will be English speaking employees in this type of hotel.
Next question - can anyone recommend a hotel in Pamplona with a business centre?
