bus/train help!!!! villafranca to sarria

HI does anyone know the best way to get from villafranca del bierzo to sarria as we are having to miss out the in between due to lack of time, would like to get to sarria either having walked to villafranca in the afternoon and getting straight on transport or arriving in sarria early morning to start walking straight away. many thanks guys

I don't think that there is a bus from Villafranca to Sarria.
You might have to take the ALSA bus to Lugo and then another bus to Sarria. http://www.alsa.es
