bus tickets

has anyone else encountered problems trying to buy bus tickets on the movelia.es or alsa websites? every time i try i get an error message and my credit card is rejected. kind of a problem, because i arrive in madrid on thursday and need to catch a bus to pamplona...

Hi, just last Wednesday I booked a bus ticket on Alsa from Madrid to Astorga. Their site seemed very slow through the day, but I had no problem with the booking or using my credit card later in the evening.
However, trying to print off their reply confirmation was puzzling---- after 4 tries, it still came out almost too faint to read. (I used a New ink cartridge and printed several other things beautifully.)
I'm finally packed! I leave home on Monday evening and arrive in Madrid Tues.morning.
