Hello,

Does anyone know if I can get a bus from either Meson do Vento or Hospital de Bruma back to Santiago?

If you check out this site re buses from Coruna to Santiago at least one goes through Meson do Vento.

The answer to your question is ''yes''.

From Bruma, you walk to Meson do Vento (approx 2km) and the bus stop is in front of the Repsol gas station as you come in, a little past the roundabout.
