Bus/metro to either Araujo or Maia

Does anyone know if there is website with a bus or metro train timetable to either Araujo or Maia from Porto :arrow: ?

The Porto metro site is http://www.metrodoporto.pt/pagegen.aspx

I found it recently as I'm planning on taking it to Matosinhos then walk along the beach to Vila do Conde when I start out of Porto in mid-April.

I don't have a bus schedule but I took a bus from Porto (avenida dos aliados) to Maia last spring. It seems there was a bus about every 30 minutes (or possibly even more frequently).
