What company or companies operate between Burgos and Sarria?

Train for your next Camino on California's Santa Catalina Island March 16-19
To take a bus, you will need to go to Lugo and connect to Sarria. I don't think there is any direct bus service from Burgos to Sarria.

ALSA connects Burgos to Lugo.

Monbus connects Lugo to Sarria

It is also possible to take Vibasa bus from Burgos to Monforte de Lemos. Empresa Monforte carries from Monforte de Lemos to Sarria. I guess Vibasa, Empresa Monforte and Monbus are a consortium because all the schedule information is on the Monbus site.

At time of writing, service by Vibasa is a couple of times per week. Service by Alsa is once per day though service from Leon is much more frequent.

You are probably better off taking the Renfe train from Burgos to Monforte de Lemos and deciding whether to wait for the train to Sarria or take the bus.
