Building work to start next week on new albergue in Pontedeume

Too many and too often!
Building work is due to begin next week to convert a dilapidated 18th century pilgrim hospital in Pontedeume into a pilgrim albergue. Using EU funds. I stayed in the current Xunta albergue on the waterfront a few years ago in winter and found it a chilly and austere place. It has also flooded at least once.
