His daughter Gemma seems to take over his work.

A few months ago John and Gemma recorded a video where Gemma's increasing role in producing the guides was highlighted. Although it was not mentioned explicitly in the video both were well aware of the serious nature of John's illness. A public handing over of the baton in effect. At the moment the plan is that she will continue the work though of course that may change in future.
