Hello,
Thanks for all your valuable tips. I am new at this forum and hope I've posted my question in the correct location.
I would like to purchase a book containing helpful tips and maps which shows all these places that are mentioned throughout the threads. There are many books on the market, which is the best?
I did search past threads but couldn't locate anything.

Thanks heaps

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).

Welcome to the forum. If you are looking for a guidebook, you need to tell us what route you are planning to walk so we can refer you to possible choices, and perhaps say which we prefer. Happy planning.

I assume, please correct me if I am wrong, you think about walking the Camino Frances. There isn't such a thing like the best guide, but many people are happy with Brierley's guide books, others think they are a bit too 'esoteric' in places. Here the link to one of them https://www.amazon.com/dp/1844097110/?tag=casaivar02-20 The good thing, as you can see is that they are regularly updated. Buen Camino, SY

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
