Could anyone suggest me, how is the best way to come from Biarritz to Saint Jean. I`m comming to Biarritz on 30 may at about 16,00.

You can take the bus from the airport to the trains station in Bayonne. Next take the local TER train line 62 from Bayonne to SJPdP.

Through 7 July 2012 the basic departure schedule leaves Bayonne at the following times.
Bayonne/Baiona
07.48/lundi, NON fetes/ Monday, NOT holidays
08.19/mardi a dimanche, et fetes, Tuesday to Sunday, and holidays
11.51/lundi a samedi, NON fetes, Monday to Saturday, NOT holidays
15.05/tous les jours, et fetes, everyday and holidays
18.10/lundi a samedi, NON fetes, Monday to Saturday, NOT holidays
21.09/ vendredi, dimance et fetes, Friday, Sunday and holidays

All trains do NOT go every day.

You should be able to catch the 18:10 TER train to SJPdP.

the taxi option seems stress free....but can anyone give an idea as to cost per car...and therefore per person?

In April it was 100 euros per taxi, 4 sharing.

Check out the website http://www.expressbourricot.com/ to see last minute deals for an idea of cost. Caroline quoted me 15 euros for June 4.
