Betanzos tortilla

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Did this place offer smaller portion size tortillas? Most restaurants seem to serve giant ones intended for two people.

I love tortilla but for some reason these all look too undercooked (for me)
We like ours well cooked too, not runny in the middle. I think Betanzos was the only place where they were made like that. Lovely firm ones everywhere else.
 
...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
