Easy Jet has flights from CDG to Biarritz & Barcelona. From Biarritz, you can get a bus or train to San Sebastian, then bus or train on to Pamplona. Or fly to Barcelona then catch a flight to Pamplona. You should also check to see where Air France flies in Spain as well, from either CDG or ORY.
Have you considered flying into Madrid (from Australia) and catching a train to Pamplona.
Just off the cuff this should work.
