As I am still in SDCS where is the best shop to buy a good poncho? The ones that cover the back pack too.

Agreed - Decathlon. Some of the quality of the lower priced products may not be the best (you get what you pay for) but they really are the "one stop shop" in continental Europe. I just wish they would open in Denmark where I currently live.

Is there a store in SDC that sells the Altus Atmospheric ponchos? I would like to get one after I complete the Portuguese this June.
