Apart from the train, are there any bus or taxi services that can take you from bayonne to SJPP at around 9pm.

or is thre anyone who will be arriving ay bayonne on 30th August at around 8pm/9pm and would like to share a taxi.

When you arrive at the Bayonne railroad station usually there are taxis waiting to pick up a fare. Ask any one for the price to SJPdP. It should be roughly 100 euros.
