hello,
I know it is easy to arrange for baggage transport on the Camino Frances and Camino Portuguese. I am wondering about the quieter routes? Due to a medical condition. this is a requirement. Can anyone advise?

I walked the Camino Frances early this year for the first time. Each day, my baggage transfers were managed by a Spanish company called TeeTravel. They might be able to advise you on best solution. I found them very nice to deal with. There was a customer service person who spoke English on the few occasions when I had to call them. Their website doesn't seem to have an English version, perhaps not a sign of generally painless communication. Touring companies outside Spain subcontract to TeeTravel, I used Macs Adventure. You might need/feel more confident with a company such as TeeTravel that has an established country wide network, even though they probably use local contractors. Good luck.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
