Bag transfer on route to Muxia

I am presently in Santa Marina and I intend staying in the municipal albergue in Dumbria tomorrow night. Does anyone know if that albergue accepts transferred bags, I have been told here that they do but I am a little hesitant to leave my bags tomorrow morning.

Perfect memento/gift in a presentation box. Engraving available, 25 character max.
Perhaps your host toniight will know or you might call Dumbria and ask.

Good luck and Buen camino!
Hi,
My hist tonight says yes but I had never heard of a Municipal albergue accepting bag transfer. Tried ringing Dumbria , no answer unfortunately. Also contacted the bag transfer company, no answer there either!

You will enjoy the albergue at Dumbria! It is located on the eastern side of the village next to the local sport hall. If when you arrive the large glass door appears closed just push it, enter and choose a bunk. The helpful hospitalero usually arrives about 17:00 to stamp your Crendencial. There are great showers plus toasty sub-floor heat in winter. I enjoyed staying there in December 2012 and 2013.

I saw transferred bags left there early last June. They were left in the unattended (at that time) reception area. I think the Albergue doors are opened at 13.00, but the hospi did not come until later in the afternoon to sort the paperwork.

The albergue in Dumbria is unattended except for a short time in the afternoon when a municipal employee comes in and takes your money and stamps your credential. So companies can leave the bags there, but no one will be watching over them.

José at Loncho bag transfer replied to me last night. He transported the bags today to the Dumbria municipal albergue and left instructions regarding tomorrow 's transfer. Great service, great relief
