Arles-Torin-Rome anyone done this?

Yes, I have walked a few trails from Arles via Turin to Rome -when on my way to Jerusalem in 2013. It was a grand experience. I have some wonderful memories.

From Arles I followed the GR 653d to Montgenèvre then over the pass to Cesana-Torinese...

...From there I continued along the Via Francigena via Turin as far as San Quirico d´Orcia. At which point I turned left and made a detour along local paths and sentiers across Tuscany and Umbria via Castiglioni del Lago, Isola Maggiore and Perugia to Assisi...

...from Assisi I followed Il Cammino di San Francesco via Rieti to Rome then beyond.

Afterwards i put together a couple of resources and posted them here on the forum (sign in to download). Included were stages walked, places to shelter, and notes on guide books, pdf´s and maps. Although it is a number of years since I walked to Rome, there may still be something of use to you in them.
