@Beatrice - I think the site has gone. It doesn't show in the search engines except in one place, which gives the 'Not found' response.
You could try this one http://www.santiago-compostela.net/salvador/index_sa_en.html which is in English.
I have that one you referred to (it has broken links and refers to the CSJ-guide for more info) but the one I asked for has been recommended by so many ans is also recommended in the 2013 CSJ-guide as well.

But I used Waybackmachine, one of my favourite internet tools and a snapshot of the site was stored (or actually 2 snapshots) so at
http://web.archive.org/web/20130823132200/http://caminodelsalvador.net/?cat=13 you can at least read the guide but the download does not work. It is a ISUU-file so you can also go directly to ISUU: http://issuu.com/brugos90/docs/guia_ingles_del_camino_del_salvador I think this guide was posted 2012 and later updated (date unknown) so some changes might have been done to the route since then. The file is also available as a Slideshare at http://www.slideshare.net/caminodelsalvador/guia-ingles-del-camino-del-salvador (downloadable) uploaded in February this year but I have't compared them yet to see if there are any differences. For both Slideshare and ISUU there is a mobile phone app to bring the guide with you in the pocket.

On the site there was also profile and stage maps (in Spanish) http://web.archive.org/web/20130823123708/http://caminodelsalvador.net/?cat=6

And info about the credential: http://web.archive.org/web/20130823123701/http://caminodelsalvador.net/?cat=15 (also posted in 2012 but later updated) and a picture of the Salvadorana: http://web.archive.org/web/20130823124840/http://caminodelsalvador.net/?cat=14

Unfortunately the GPS-logs at http://web.archive.org/web/20130823120327/http://caminodelsalvador.net/?cat=16 are not available :-(

There is a photo gallery as well: http://web.archive.org/web/20130823110902/http://caminodelsalvador.net/?cat=4

Gracias. Una problema, la pagina de Facebook sólo está disponible para los miembros de Facebook. Me desear que fuera una página abierta. No tengo un cuenta de Facebook :-(

Hi Beatrice, are you looking for a guide to the Salvador? Are you aware that one ( excellent) has been written by Rebekah Scott and Laurie (peregrina2000) ? I'm sure if you send one of them a PM they can send you the link. We used their guide, and also printed off the elevations from the Gronze website.

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!

I have that guide and it refereed to the guide I was asking about.

I found they were both essential at different points. Ender's guide has photos of the whole route which makes wayfinding really easy. There were a few points that having a pictorial guide saved a lot of backtracking.

Train for your next Camino on California's Santa Catalina Island March 16-19
Buen Camino Beatrice. We are thinking of 2016 so will be watching how others manage, updates to guides etc with interest.
