ALSA bus = MOVELIA when ordering online tickets.

I had some problems trying to order tickets on the ALSA bus company site, my international card have been refused for some strange and unexplained reason.
I called their help English desk and was redirected to movelia.es site, in Spanih no English, which was friendlier.
 
...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
I had a similar problem with my card not being accepted on the ALSA site but I clicked the pay by PayPal option and once I selected the right home country everything turned to English and my card was accepted no problems.
