Hi everyone, especially the Mozárabe Experts!

I was trying to find some information about how to get from Almería Airport to the city of Almería.

There should be a bus ("línea 30"), but on the homepage there is no information about it. I don't know if the homepage is just closed for maintenance or if there is no more bus??

I arrive late, at 10:25 pm, at the Airport (thursday next week). Can anyone confirm there are busses leaving for Almería that late in the evening? Or do you recommend I take a taxi?

Thanks!

Looks like there is a bus at 11 pm and 11:20 pm. http://m.surbus.com/lineas/linea/30

I arrived in early afternoon and was going to take the bus into town, but @jpflavin was on the flight and wanted to get started walking, so I hopped into his cab to the cathedral. I know @C clearly took a bus in and said it was cheap and fine. I think the taxi was around 20, while the bus is not much more than a euro, I think.

Are you going all the way to Santiago, BP?

How did you find your way into that web page? I found the route info here, but not the horario.

Yes, I took the #30 bus, but in mid-afternoon. At the Almería airport, when you exit the terminal, the bus stop is to the right, perhaps 100 m. The fare is Euro1.05. I got off at Gregorio Marañon, which is quite central. (The "next stop" is displayed on a panel at the front of the bus.)

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).

OK, thanks!

To Santiago, yes, that is: If I still have time, I will jump from Mérida to Ponferrada to walk the Invierno. I have to look for a connection between Mérida and Ponferrada as well I guess, but it can't be impossible...
