Hi, i met Ali in Carrion, we then walked together off and on, dinner in Leon then met again in Hospital del Obrigo walked together all the way to Villafranca where i took the remote trail and lost her. After arriving in Santiago i took the bus to Finisterre as I was crossing the street there she was! The last time I saw her it was sunset at the Lighthouse. Somehow we never exchanged contact info☹️ I just wanted to let her know how special she was to me. On our way out of Ponferrada there was this mountain( ok it was really a hill) she was on top, i was tired at the bottom. She yelled to me “come on Dee you can do it, it’s a small hill” (it wasnt that small) Anyway ever since then every hill i climb i can hear her encouraging words and up i go! So Ali if ur reading this thank you! Hopefully some day we will meet again. Camino Dee
