Anybody knows of an albergue in Vigo that's open now? I can't find anything and I'll be there in 2 days.

Ideal pocket guides for during and after your Camino. Each weighs just 40g (1.4 oz).
I don't think there are any albergues in Vigo. There are some hostels, else you'll need to find a hotel or pension.

A selection of Camino Jewellery
I did not find one and at least last year the tourist office did not know about one. In same guides there is a reference for one but that has closed down.I stayed in a Hotel for 25 Euros with breakfast. I ate at the market hall where all the workers ate really good and inexpensive.
Out of Vigo was a fuddel. Into the same lost a couple of time my way in ended up on the motorway. I gave up and drove with bus into the city to much suburbs and traffic. Hunt the walker hunt the walker peep 👀 peep. Town is nice has downtown in the walking zone a smal dekathlon. Church for stamp was closed got one from the tourist office. Found a medical orthopedic store for toe cushions.

I guess I'll be staying in a hotel. I don't really have the option to skip Vigo, unfortunately, as I'm not boarding a bus, car, etc. until my walk is complete. I don't really care about stamps as I walk in the "wrong" direction - to Porto.

Just cross the river into Portugal and stay at the albergue in Tui?

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Oops. I may be confused.... Please ignore me!! I was thinking Valenca / Tui. I think I need more Sleep!

Good for you.

There is a Donativo at Freixo in the hills.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
I stayed at Kaps. Impersonal atmosphere being a converted office building. But modernish clean and reasonably priced.
Regards
Gerard
