Yay! I have booked flights and am walking from Sarria, any recommendations for a guesthouse or hotel please?

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
I have stayed in many places in Sarria.
I'd go to either gronze or booking.com and find something.
Pretty much anything on the main drag is going to be nice.
Places that I've stayed include Don Alvaro, Hotel Novoa, Travesia Rooms, Pension Escalinata, Aqua Rooms, Casa Taboada, and Ribadiso. All were nice. We've also stayed in Barbadello if you want a head start next morning.

Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles
...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
I've stayed at:

Hotel Alfonso IX
DP Cristal
Pension Escalinata

And I would rank them in that order of preference.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
I absolutely loved La Casona de Sarria - specifically, the"fancier" La Posada accommodations – when I walked the CF in 2022. Wonderfully comfortable room and bed, great location, and a fabulously hospitable host (Marcella) ... and all for what my records tell me was US$40 for the night, including a great breakfast. Worth the small splurge for what was definitely one of my top five favorite places I stayed during my walk.

My room was the one on the first (middle) floor on the right:
La Posada de la Casona de Sarria

And here is the view from said room. That's the 18th century Capilla de San Lazaro on street level.

I have stayed at several places including Albergue Don Alvaro. However, one time when I was feeling a bit sore, I checked into their pension with private rooms. It was very clean, quiet, comfortable and across the street from the albergue. Reasonably priced as well if memory serves.

Hey.
I LOVED Hotel Roma (directly across from the Train Station.
They also have an upscale, grilled-meat-emporium Restaurant down the street: excellent!

Another recommendation for staying in Barbedelo. Casa Barbadelo. They start breakfast at 06:00 and you are on your way hours before all the crowds in Sarria will ever catch you. By the time they do, they have thinned out considerably. Plus, they have a pool there and a restaurant that serves great food.

What a great opportunity to give a shout-out to Jose at Escalinata! Finding myself suddenly doing elder care for a dear friend who had experienced a medical event before her arrival, Jose realized my situation and was most kind. I will always remember his knowing and compassionate smile.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Another vote for Casa Barbadelo. only a very short walk from Sarria but you already are ahead of the game.
Loved the pool and the food:

Train for your next Camino on California's Santa Catalina Island March 16-19
I also stayed private room at Don Alvaro two months ago and it was quiet, nice and clean. It's near to everything and the camino route (plus the huge Sarria sign) was just a few steps away from the albergue.
