A Pre Camino Angel Story

I wanted to share this story as I feel it is a good omen for my upcoming first camino.
About 6 weeks ago I ordered a 35L backpack online, packed it to weigh 6 kg and took it out for a trial walk testing it for size and fit.
The ruck sac was too small for me so I packed it up and returned it by post to the vendor (through Amazon).
However I accidentally left my purse in one of the pockets. This purse had my driving license, a bank card and some money. I cancelled my bank card an put it out of my mind thinking I’d never see my purse again.
Last week my work place security asked if I’d lost a purse. I’d forgotten about it all and said no, but they insisted that they had my driving license and bank card.
A new person had ordered the same rucksack I had returned from Amazon and when they received it they found my purse in one of the pockets. They tracked my place of work and posted the purse, with licence, card and cash still in place .
I’m so happy to experience such kindness and honesty. A good sign for my premier camino !
