a head in a rock in Muxia

when in Muxia my son and I took some pictures of what looked like the head of a person with a hat on facing out to the open ocean does anyone know if that was carved by some one or was it just the art work of nature does anyone know the story about it ???

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
I have no recollection of noticing that one, but here is a similar phenomenon that caught my eye just beyond Santander. I would guess the Muxia man is natural, as is this one.
