A new weather system is on the way from the Atlantic and will hit Santiago de Compostela today. Strong winds and rain are expected, but by mid-day today the wind is expected to slow down. Tomorrow it is expected that the sun will be out.
Then the wind and the rain hits again this weekend as left-overs of hurricane Wilma arrive to the Galician coast. What is left of Wilma is now just rain and strong winds, so it will be just as any other weather system that comes into Galicia in the fall/winter.
