There have been no official stats for June or July.
However, a report on the Consumer.es website states that during the last 10 days of July the Pilgrims Office issued a total of 8,800 Compostelas. The total for July was 20,982. It is the highest in recent years for the month of July.
In the first seven months of 2008 more than 60,000 Compostela were issued. This is almost 2,000 more than in the same period of 2007.
