Hola
Estoy buscando ayuda o consejo
Atentamente,

Adrian Pustówka

A great book to listen to while training for the Camino or to relive the experience!
Rough Translation

Hello, I'm looking for help or advice.
I'm a secondary school teacher planning to do the Camino Portugues (Porto - Santiago) with a chosen group of 12 students (16 - 18 years old). I need help with planning the route.
The original plan was to walk for 12 days, a total of 14 days including the return flight to the Czech Republic. However, now I need to cut down the walking part to 11 days, leaving two days for travelling. Do you think this is possible? There'll be 12 people in total. We're thinking about the possibility of doing some parts by bus in order to rest and stay on track. Is that even possible on this route? Can we cut down a stage by using the bus?

Is there anybody who's familiar with the route who would be willing to advise me about the best way to plan the individual stages for each day (total 11 days). Alternatively, which stages or parts of stages could be done by bus? I, myself, already have experience of the Camino Francés.
Thanks, in advance, for any help or advice.

Best wishes,
Adrian

10/11 days from Porto to Santiago? Perfectly possible. See: https://www.gronze.com/camino-portugues#localidad-40

Your challenge will be finding accommodations for such a large group and that you will travel at the speed of the slowest walker.

Gronze provides accommodation possibilities. Start booking now

A selection of Camino Jewellery
Doable from 8 (slightly stressy) to 12 (very comfortable) days.
No need to take a bus while walking towards SdC!

Walked '23 and met many groups of teens while walking. A week after I finished in SdC the catholic youth assembly was held in Lisbon, so many youth took the chance to walk a pilgrimage and see the pope in Lisbon.
