We picked up several things at Costco before our Camino - long sleeve tech shirts, nylon pants that I loved, nice floppy hat and others. I loved, loved, loved my down quilt in cold albergues early May instead of a sleeping bag. Also saw convertible pants there. Their stock changes often so more than one trip is advisable.
