We began our Camino in saint Jean I week ago, overstressed the knee on day 2 , had to take rest days to heal. We decided to skip ahead to Burgos and walk on the flat for a while and today we went to the municipal alburgue, checked in and on the 3 rd floor there are bedbugs! All they would do is...

Starting first Camino fm SJPP Apr 29

Hi Marleen, my husband and I are starting on the same day from SJPP as well maybe we will meet I am also getting a little nervous and excited. I have an artificial hip but I know it will be ok as long as I go at my own pace 2 1/2-3 miles an hour and stop when I need to. Buen Camino

Starting April 29th from SJPP

My husband John and I (Jane) will be starting our first Camino on April 29th and are very excited. We have been planning, stretching, walking, hiking and researching for 6 months. We are from NH/USA and looking forward to what the Camino offers us one day at a time. Buen Camino:rolleyes: :rolleyes:
