    I’m injured before I start in 10 days time. I’m hoping it will settle down enough to begin. I work as a therapist so I’ve good idea how to manage it. For you, it’s best to see someone. And if you can continue- forward on your luggage, maybe use sticks and though knee supports won’t help...

    Thanks, I’m walking my first in a couple of weeks. I bought a 25l bag 😳. Well when people said travel lightly I took that literally, plus I’ve an acromium injury. I will bring a fleece top or light down jacket and if I experience a tough cold night then maybe I’ll pick up something else.

    Well done. Makes me wonder if I should pack my rain proof trousers, but what’s the point when me shoes aren’t water proof? My bag is tiny… And I’ve just a sleeping bag liner, will I be freezing?
