    I've got to second that BoldenMD - i've used injinji toe sock liners(lightweight/seamless) with a medium weight sock over the top and they've kept me blister free(so far - i'm up to 20 kms)in a medium weight Keen boot.I know Spain will be a lot hotter but they're wick away material and i'll take...

    Hi Pyrofly - i'm walking about 10-15 kms about 4-5 times a week with a pack of around 7-8kg(that's all my gear - includes water).There aren't any reasonable hills around here either but i'm not looking for any - there'll be a few coming up soon i'm sure. I'll probably do this for another week...
