hey thanks for that info... sheeesh, sometimes nuts can be a problem too.. I know what a pain.. the most important thing is KNOWING I can at least buy fresh fruit or vegetables. can throw in my bag some gluten free biscuits and even G/F bread but need to then add something fairly tasty...
